Thank you for choosing Ponyed. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

We currently offer nationwide delivery within Ghana.

• For orders within Accra, delivery is made within 48 to 72 hours (2 to 4 business days) after order confirmation, provided the item is in stock.

• For orders outside Accra, delivery is made within 72 hours to 5 business days (3 to 5 business days) following order confirmation, subject to product availability.

All delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as logistics provider delays, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Ponyed is not liable for such delays, but will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery.

Orders are processed only after confirmation and full payment. Customers are advised to provide accurate delivery information and ensure they are available to receive the package at the scheduled time.

Important Notice: If a customer fails to make themselves available to receive the order—resulting in the delivery company returning the package to us—the customer will not be eligible to receive the package again nor will any refund be issued. This policy is in place to protect the hygiene and integrity of our products.
