Thank you for shopping with Ponyed. Please read our return and refund policy carefully prior to making a purchase.
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair products, including bundles and detachable ponytails as this would compromise the sanitary integrity of the merchandise.
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances unless, upon thorough assessment, it is determined that Ponyed is at fault (e.g; an incorrect item was shipped or there is a verified issue with the product that is attributable to our handling or processing).
We strongly encourage all customers to review their orders carefully and reach out to us with any questions before completing payment.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and assessed your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
